To create awareness on Children’s Rights and condemn the Abuses that are becoming so common a Rally was organized by Maria Niketan Telegu and English Medium School children of Chandur on 14th November. The rally went round the whole Town with Banner and placards shouting out slogans on Children’s rights. Mrs. Shoba, the teacher spoke in the town on the need to respect the children’s right and every ones responsibility to condemn the violence against girl children.
The rally continued back to the school ground where the Mandal Rural and Mandal Education Officers spoke to the children and told them to develop a critical mind because the future is in their hands.
