CDEW Society, conducted one day workshop for NCP groups and teachers on Neighbourhood Children’s Parliament on 3rd, 5th and 12th August, 2017 at Auxilium Centers of Yeleswaram, Gavaravaram and Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. 185 children from class 6th to 9th and 12 teachers took part in the workshop.
The session was about the purpose of NCP - a platform which provides the situation to express our problems, our opinions, to fight against the violation of child rights in the village or neighbourhood, to be agents of change in their neighbourhood through the exercise of their power as Ministers.
This is a platform for the children to develop their leadership qualities and to express their opinion for the development of the neighbourhood. The session motivated them to make this world a better place.
