CDEW Society, Bangalore organized 2 days of workshop on 28th and 29th July 2018 at Sacred Heart Provincial House, for the sisters in charge of social ministry in the province. 39 sisters from all the communities of the province took part in it. The workshop was based on Social Ministry Policy of FMA India. Sr. Alice Chako, FMA the resource person gave them a boost to move forward with a new zeal and enthusiasm.
The workshop included the structure, governance and the strategies of the policy, 2 encyclicals of the Church Gaudete et Esultate (Rejoice and be Glad) Evangelica Gaudium (The joy of the Gospel) and Docat. With the help of the various video clippings and power point presentations the resource person enriched the sisters on the need to bring transformation to the downtrodden and the needy people of the society.
