Auxilium School Palluruthy celebrated the international women’s day on March 10th 2015 in the school campus. The students and all the members of Auxilium family participated with great enthusiasm and joy. The Celebrations started at 9 am with a prayer song by the students. Superior Sr. Ancy Mathew felicitated the children on the occasion.

The students performed various programs which conveyed the message of women’s day very strongly. A tableau was presented before the gathering, showing that women are equally efficient and capable as men. They have touched the entire scenario including the space. Whatever glory belongs to the race for a development unprecedented in history for the given length of time, a full share belongs to the womanhood of the race.

Malala ,the youth icon and Nobel prize winner for peace said during her speech at UN Nations , “ I am just a committed and stubborn person who wants to see every child getting quality education, who wants equal rights for women and who wants peace in every corner of the world.” ,. One of the students role played Malala Yousafzai at the auspicious day of celebrating womanhood, and spoke to the students on the right of a woman to be treated equally and educated without any discrimination.

A woman is much talented and contented to support her family financially also when in need. The students of Auxilium did a skit showing that a woman is powerful enough to go for a job, support her family and also take care of her household.

The program was concluded by expressing thanks to God for making his best creation in the form of a woman who takes care of all as guardian angels.
